Sharon is amazing! She cleaned my 3.5 year old's teeth this morning and was so patient. She explained what was happening every step of the way, and my daughter stayed calm and cooperative. I just can't say enough good things about Pleasant Mill. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Stephanie's for years and has dealt with some MAJOR anxiety while she is in the chair. The hygienists have gone above and beyond at every single visit to help her work through those anxieties and feel comfortable. To watch them handle her with such care, and get her to the point where she was joking and laughing with Miss Emily during her cleaning today has done this mama's heart a world of good! Dr. Katie and her staff are amazing with our children! Our son had aversions to anyone or anything getting close to his mouth. Dr. Katie and her staff were so patient with him and knew just what to do to put him at ease. We were shocked when he actually allowed them in his mouth to clean his teeth, as he had never let anyone else do that before. Dr. Katie also suggested we show him a great video on You Tube about going to the Dentist before coming back the next time. Our son loved the video and loves going to see Dr. Katie because he is now familiar with the process and all of the equipment.
